Cancellation, Refunds & Returns Policy
Vinbiz’s team endeavours to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. We are here to help. Should anything go wrong, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and effectively. However, should the problem be unsolvable and the order is to be cancelled or returned, please contact customer services on 01483 871234 or email customerservice@vinbiz.co.uk
Orders may be cancelled up to and including 7 working days from the date you receive the wine providing all the bottles are unopened and intact. We will refund the full price of your order including delivery within 30 days of cancellation.
If any bottle is broken or damaged on delivery, we will replace it free of charge. If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or damaged on delivery, you may either return the whole case or just the broken bottles for a refund or replacement free of charge.
If you buy any of our wines and don’t like it, we will replace it free of charge or refund that bottle.
If multiple bottles are ordered of the same wine but on opening the first bottle the wine is not liked, we will arrange collection of the remaining unopened bottles and replace the wine with a different wine to the same value free of charge.
If on the rare occasion we have to substitute wines for an alternative wine of equal or greater value and you are unhappy with the substitution, we will refund the full price of the order and arrange collection free of charge.
All refunds will be paid within 30 days of you notifying us.
If we are at fault and have sent you the wrong item, we will refund the delivery fee within 7 days.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
