Pale straw colour with sparkling bright rim. Upfront floral nose reminiscent of rose petals with mineral undertones. On entry it is the crisp lemon and pineapple flavours that burst on the tongue. Vibrant palate has good acidity and a light to medium body. Lemon and mineral notes linger on the aftertaste.
