The best grapes from the Le Clou vines are put into new French oak barrels for about 12 months before being blended and bottle matured. The blend is fully harmonised and the tannins soft and elegant. This is a full-bodied wine with flavours of prune, balsamic and black pepper. Very smooth and warming.
