This blend creates a fabulous combination with bright, zesty citrus from the Sauvignon and rounded peachy notes from the Colombard. It is an aromatic wine, dry, light and refreshing with a lovely complexity of apple and exotic fruits coming through in the mouth leading to a long, smooth and very fruity finish.
