Vinbiz director Elly Munro conducts the arduous task of matching Vinbiz’s fabulous wines with Palette’s fantastic new menu. It’s a tough job, but somebody has to do it, and we were there to capture the blood, sweat and tears. Actually, she makes it look rather effortless and quite enjoyable.
