This delicious sparkling wine is made from chardonnay and pinot noir grown at very high altitudes which produces an intensely aromatic wine with crisp apple and citrus flavours. The bubbles are very fine and persistent and there are lovely hints of freshly baked bread in the mouth. A fabulous alternative to Champagne!
